Do you want to work on a specific goal, a personal training approach or just one-on-one guidance from an expert? During this session your goal is central - physical, mental or both. This training is fully tailored to your level, wishes and sports ambitions.

Session

Structure of the session

Intake & objective (10 min)

  • Brief analysis of your current situation

  • Goal setting: physical, mental or event oriented

  • Insight into training experience, resilience and wishes

Customized training (45-50 min)

  • Focused on your chosen focus (e.g. strength, mobility, technique or endurance)

  • Direct coaching on posture, breathing, execution

  • Exercises at your own pace with personal corrections

Cooldown & advice (15-20 min)

  • Closing with breathing, stretching or mobility

  • Training advice for the coming weeks

  • Optional: planning towards an event or follow-up session

Examples of training goals

  • Building strength (hypertrophy, explosion or functional)

  • Increase endurance

  • Improve technique (e.g. running technique, lifting or swimming)

  • Injury prevention and recovery training

  • Mental focus, breathing and competition tension
